I started on the Waterloo Marshal's Department in March of 2002 as a Reserve Deputy. In May of 2003 I was hired full time. I graduated from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy on April 16, 2004. I am in charge of the Operation Pull Over program for our department. I am also the liaison Officer for our Reserve Officer  program.  I was promoted to Chief Deputy in January, 2008, and have been selected Police Officer of the year by the Disabled American Veterans for 2008.
